1. Take the assessment

40 questions across Business, Financial and Founder. It takes about 15 minutes and gives you a score out of 100 and a readiness band.

2. Get your roadmap

Milestones ordered by your worst gaps first and grouped into four quarters, so you always know what to work on next.

3. Prove the progress

Complete each milestone with a short evidence note. The next quarter opens when the work is done, and you re-score on the same instrument to see how far you've come.
