How Fulkrem Management Group collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Fulkrem Management Group Inc. ("Fulkrem," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect through fulkremgroup.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide. When you complete our contact form, book a consultation, take the free Mini Freedom Index, download a guide, buy a self-guided assessment, call us or email us, you may share your name, email address, company, phone number, your answers, and any details you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site. This may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring source. We use HubSpot to help manage inquiries and to measure website activity.

The Mini Freedom Index and Guide Downloads

The free Mini Freedom Index (score.fulkremgroup.com) and our guide download forms collect your name, email, company and, for the Mini, your eight answers and score. We use them to show your result, send what you asked for, and follow up with relevant information. They are stored in HubSpot, our customer system. You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time.

Self-Guided Assessments (the Freedom Engine)

When you buy a Fulkrem Freedom Index™ or department assessment, our payment partner Polar processes your payment as merchant of record; we never see your card details. Your answers, scores and documents are stored in the Fulkrem Freedom Engine (engine.fulkremgroup.com), and a summary of your purchase and results is kept in HubSpot. The Freedom Engine Privacy Notice explains this in detail, and purchases are covered by our Terms and Refund Policy.

Phone Calls

Calls to our phone line are handled through our phone provider, Quo, and may be answered by an AI assistant, recorded and transcribed so we can respond and improve our service. If you prefer, ask to speak with a person or email us instead.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, schedule conversations, deliver and improve our services, and share relevant updates when you have asked us to. We use automatically collected information to operate, secure, and improve the website.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies to enable core functionality and to measure engagement through HubSpot. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.

Service Providers and Third Parties

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our business, including HubSpot (customer relationship management, website analytics and forms), Microsoft 365 (email), Polar (payments for self-guided assessments), Base44 (hosting of the Mini Freedom Index and the Freedom Engine, and their emails, sent through SendGrid), Quo (phone calls), Cloudflare (website hosting) and, where you choose to use it, LinkedIn. Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. They process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our client relationships, and to meet legal or business requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to further contact at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
