Before you buy.
How do I get my assessment after I pay?
We email you a private link within two minutes. There is no account or password: the link opens your assessments. Keep it to yourself. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then call 1-877-745-3725 or email info@fulkremgroup.com and we will resend it.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes for the Freedom Index and about 25 minutes for a department assessment. Your answers are saved on your device as you go, so you can do it in more than one sitting.
What do I receive?
A report with your score, what it means, your strongest and weakest areas and where to start. If you choose the 90-day plan, you also get a plan built from your answers, with three commitments, prefilled actions and checkpoints, and a printable workbook. Both arrive by email as soon as you submit.
What if I'm not sure how to answer a question?
Answer for how the business runs today. If you genuinely don't know, that is useful information too: an honest answer gives you a more useful report and plan than a hopeful one.
Can I retake an assessment?
Yes, at no charge, from your private link. Many owners re-score after their 90 days to see how far they have come.
Can my leadership team take it too?
The self-guided assessments are answered by the owner. If you want your leadership team's view alongside yours, book a Freedom Assessment and we will talk about a partner-led assessment.
What does it cost, and in what currency?
Prices are shown before tax. You pay in your local currency: Canadian dollars in Canada, US dollars elsewhere. Our payment partner, Polar, processes the payment and adds any applicable sales tax at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the assessment has not been submitted. Once it is submitted your documents have been delivered. See the Terms and Refund Policy for the details, including the Complete Package and partner reviews.
Who sees my answers?
You and Fulkrem. We use your answers to build your documents, and a Fulkrem partner sees them only if you book a partner review or an engagement. We never sell your information. See our Privacy Notice.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. The assessments, scores and plans are educational business guidance. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, valuation or investment advice, and they do not predict what your business would sell for.
